The front desk staff member that checked me in was super professional, well spoken and friendly upon checking.
My room was clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking with space for oversized vehicles including truckers.
We got to see a flock of Canadian geese during our stay. What a treat!
We use the Clarion hotel and Taunton for all of our fitness events for events for our studio.. I always deal with the sales rap Maureen and Maureen and she always provides us with everything we need. I love the Holiday Inn here in Taunton because it's conveniently located between absolutely everything. Easy access from Cape Cod, Providence, Providence, Boston common Western mass literally 5 minutes off though off the 495
Had a wonderful experience during Monster Expo '23. Everything was ran to perfection. Plenty of parking as well. Looking forward to going back next year.
Great customer service. We had 2 rooms , they made sure to have them be adjoining. We checked in at 3 & out by 11.

The pool closed a few min early at night and wasn't available to guests before we checked out....kind of a bummer but that's on me for not checking before booking. The rooms were clean but , the carpet was a bit worn & gave the "you better keep shoes or slippers on "
The cleaning lady was very friendly in the morning.
Horrible!!!! We booked a room in JANUARY. Came 5 hours for a concert. Supposed to check in today. We’re told the entire hotel is closed and should have gotten an email and refund a month ago. No refund and as a matter of fact two CONFIRMATION emails. One last night!!

This place has gone downhill fast since changing from Holiday Inn to Clarion. Issues with the elevators the last 2 times we stayed here. Both were broken in January at check-out and one was broken in April, for the entire stay. Not to mention how slow in general the one working one was. Also, upon coming back around midnight after a night out, we were greeted by a puddle of urine in the elevator. Nasty. All set with this place, unfortunately, considering it is in a decent location. Staff is friendly as well, and room was adequate enough.
This has been a great experience for me staying at this Hotels for 5 days. Very clean, breakfast is amazing for $15 you get a whole buffet. Rooms are cleaned almost everyday, customer service is very professional and all of that for a reasonable low price. Definitely recommend for those trying to stay at a great place for a low price. Freeway is less than 2 min away, coming from California this place is very central especially if you wish to go to all New England states.
